CARE & MAINTENANCE
Candles: Trim wick to ¼” before each burn. Always keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Wax Melts: Use in a compatible wax warmer only; do not place directly in a flame. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to preserve fragrance.

Custom and personalized items, candles, wax melts, and sale items are non-returnable.
Custom and personalized items ship within 2–5 business days after creation.
Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
Your subscription will be billed on the 20th of each month for the following month’s box.
Shipping begins around the 3rd of each month (next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).
You may cancel anytime, but please allow a 10-day notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
